It seems like the microphone of your device is no longer working.
At the bottom edge of your phone, there should be a small punch hole. Try to see if something is blocking it. If it’s blocked, then unblock it as that might be the reason why the microphone can’t pick up your voice.
If nothing’s in there, then try to run the voice recorder and try recording your voice and if it can’t record your voice, then you should have the phone checked.
