I have just gone through your entire list of solutions but my phone still won’t power on. I would go to the store where I bought it but because of the COVID-19 virus they are closed. Do you have any other solutions? I purchased a new Galaxy a few weeks ago but just haven’t got around to transferring my data and files. There was nothing wrong with my phone. It’s just a little over two years old. My husband got a new phone and said that I should get a new phone also. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I really depend on my phone to stay in touch with family.
