Cannot make or receive calls

After the most recent software update, my Moto G7 will not make or receive calls. When people try to call me it goes straight to voicemail, and when I try to call others it says it cannot connect to the server. However, I can still send and receive text messages. I have followed the steps (that I have been able to find), which included a factory reboot of the phone and I am still experiencing the same issue. I plan to go to Verizon soon to see if it is something on their end, but I doubt it because everyone else on my plan is not experiencing the same issue. Any help is appreciated.
