Cannot hear on speakerphone or video chat

When I put my phone on speakerphone, for instance when I’m trying to drive and I get a call, I cannot hear the other person but they can hear me. I have the same issue with duo or snapchat video chat, but not with duo voice call (problem does come with Snapchat voice call). I have been able to play videos and music without an issue. I tried to update the phone and restart the phone, but it did not seem to help.
