Black screen of death keeps happening

Black screen of death keeps happening and I do t know why. Its happened 2 times in 12 hours. First time I was on the xbox app chatting with a friend. When it just went black and It seemed like it turned off… couldn’t hear my friend nothing. (I did the force restart both times and it worked but it keeps happening) The Second was when I put it on charge and it still had 44% battery… and when I woke up black screen again.. why does this keep happening please help
