Battery draining too fast

I have a Galaxy j3 (2016). The battery drains too fast and just shuts down when it reaches 82%.That means the longest I can use it is an hour unless I charge it constantly.I thought the battery was the problem so I got a new one but it didn’t help.Then I tried a reset thinking it could be an app but nothing changed.What else could be the cause?
