Android 10 Software Issue LGV40 ThinQ

Hi There, since update to Android 10 operating system on LGV40 ThinQ device (software version: V405UA30b ; Security Patch: April 1, 2020) occurring in May, I’ve noticed that my Speakerphone and mute call functions do not work properly and do not respond when I tap to activate?? Also, if I try to share any content on my device (I.e. music (soundcloud), media, etc.), either the app will crash or give me android system error message. Do you know what is possibly going on here and if it can be fixed aside from having to perform a factory reset?? Thank You!! -Marcus
